Senior Director Hospitality – Midwest

  •  A large successful property located in the Midwest is seeking a Senior Director of Hospitality. 
  • Position reports to the VP/General Manager on property.  
  • Candidates must have large scale resort experience including:  7+ food outlets that are both large (buffet) and small; sizeable convention responsibility (30,000+ annual group rooms booked); 500+ hotel room base; and prefer someone who has been responsible for a full service/destination type spa.  
  • Prior F&B opening and/or expansion experience. 
  • Must have strong experience in developing restaurant concepts, design and construction process.  BA degree is required.


 
Hotel Operations Manager – Midwest

•Direct and coordinate the activities for Hotel Front Desk and Hotel Housekeeping.  Position reports directly to the Director of Hotel Operations on property.

•Must have a 4-year degree in hotel management or related field and 5 years hotel operations managerial experience in a mid-sized, full-service hotel; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Must have 2 years’ experience with automated Front Desk and Reservations system 

 

Director Human Resources – Midwest

  • Must have a 4-year degree with 5 years comparable management experience or  10 years comparable management experience at property with 1600+ employees; Or equivalent combination education and experience.
  • Previous casino/hospitality Human Resource experience 
  • Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, benefits organizational planning, employee relations, training and development required. Previous union experience preferred 
  • Extensive knowledge in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, strategic planning, profitability, productivity and concept development 


 

 

Card Casino Player Development & Promotions Senior Manager – Midwest


•Responsible for leading development and implementation of property’s player development program, including developing overarching strategies, targets and tactics to cultivate greater loyalty, enhance trip frequency and grow revenues among property guests.

•Understands table games operations and table games player demographics and preferences to an intricate degree.

•Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a casino Marketing, Promotions or Player Development with no less than 2 years of supervisory experience. 

•Detailed knowledge of casino table games.

•Strong finance acumen and marketing exposure in the casino industry is necessary to be successful in this role.

 

Director of Food & Beverage – Midwest

  • •Must have Food & Beverage and restaurant management experience in a large food and beverage operation. 
  • Candidates must have a college degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or related field.
